Wallet Policy

1. Overview

The WEEBE Wallet is a Platform feature that allows eligible Buyers to apply Wallet Credit toward purchases on the WEEBE marketplace.

Wallet Credit may be issued in connection with refunds, returns, promotions, goodwill adjustments, dispute resolutions, chargeback reversals, or other Platform-approved scenarios, and may be used solely on the Platform, subject to this Policy and applicable law.

This Policy applies primarily to Buyers.

Seller settlement treatment relating to Wallet-based refunds, reversals, or offsets is governed exclusively by the Marketplace Seller Agreement and the Seller Commission & Fees Policy (Appendix A).

This Wallet Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service (Appendix J), Return & Exchange Policy (Appendix C), and other applicable Platform policies.

2. Legal Nature of Wallet Credit

The WEEBE Wallet and Wallet Credit:

do not constitute a bank account, payment account, electronic money instrument, prepaid value, stored value, or deposit;

have no cash value, are non-interest bearing, and are not legal tender; and

represent a limited, revocable right to apply credit toward eligible purchases on the Platform.

WEEBE acts solely as a marketplace intermediary and does not hold funds on behalf of Users.

Wallet availability and functionality may be subject to technical, operational, compliance, or Platform limitations.

3. Definitions

“Wallet” means the Platform feature displaying Wallet Credit.

“Wallet Credit” means non-transferable refund or promotional credit issued by WEEBE, usable only on the Platform.

“User” means a registered Buyer eligible to receive and use Wallet Credit.

4. Eligibility & Account Requirements

Wallet Credit may be issued to and used only by Users with an active account in good standing.

Wallet Credit is account-specific and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared.

WEEBE may restrict, suspend, reverse, or cancel Wallet Credit where fraud, misuse, error, or policy violations are reasonably suspected.

5. Issuance of Wallet Credit

Wallet Credit may be issued at WEEBE’s discretion, subject to verification, inspection, and applicable policy conditions.

Issuance of Wallet Credit does not create any entitlement to future credits.

6. Redemption & Use of Wallet Credit

6.1 Permitted Use

Wallet Credit may be applied at checkout only toward eligible products, services, delivery fees, or charges expressly designated by the Platform at the time of redemption.

Wallet Credit may be redeemable only on products specifically designated by WEEBE and is not valid across all products available on the Platform.

Wallet Credit may not be combinable with promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or other offers, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Eligibility may vary by:

product or product category,

Seller participation,

promotional campaign or credit type, or

other Platform-defined conditions.

Wallet Credit eligibility and applicable restrictions (if any) will be displayed to the User at checkout or otherwise communicated at the time of issuance.

Unless otherwise stated, Wallet Credit may cover up to 100% of the order value.

6.2 Partial Use

If Wallet Credit does not fully cover the order value, the remaining amount must be paid using another available payment method.

6.3 Non-Withdrawable

Wallet Credit:

is not withdrawable,

cannot be exchanged for cash,

cannot be transferred or gifted,

except where refund to the original payment method is required by applicable law or binding payment-scheme rules.

6.4 Offsets & Reversals

WEEBE reserves the right to reverse, adjust, or offset Wallet Credit in cases of:

order cancellation,

return rejection,

chargebacks or payment reversals,

fraud prevention or error correction, or

enforcement of Platform policies,

in accordance with the Seller Agreement and applicable policies.

Wallet Credit eligibility and applicable restrictions may be modified, withdrawn, or limited at any time for future transactions, without affecting previously completed orders, subject to applicable law.

7. Expiry of Wallet Credit

7.1 Standard Expiry

Unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance, Wallet Credit expires twelve (12) months from the date it is first credited to the Wallet.

7.2 Disclosure

Any applicable expiry date will be:

displayed in the Wallet section of the User account, and/or

communicated at the time the credit is issued.

7.3 Promotional Credits

Promotional, goodwill, or discretionary credits may be subject to shorter validity periods and additional conditions, as disclosed at issuance.

7.4 Lapse of Expired Credit

Expired Wallet Credit automatically lapses and is not redeemable. WEEBE is under no obligation to extend or reinstate expired credit, except where required by applicable law.
