Used Cort CEC5-NAT Electro Classical Guitar Natural Color

The Cort CEC5-NAT Electro Classical Guitar in a natural finish is where traditional artistry meets modern performance. Designed for the player who values rich classical tone but also needs the versatility of plugged-in sound, this instrument blends beautiful craftsmanship with practical on-stage capability.

Boasting a solid cedar top, the CEC5 delivers warm, expressive response and a broad dynamic range that responds sensitively to both delicate fingerstyle and robust strumming. The natural wood grain of the top is elegantly showcased through a hand-rubbed satin finish, creating a look that is timeless, organic, and refined. Paired with mahogany back and sides, this guitar produces a full, resonant voice with depth in the lows, smooth midrange presence, and clear trebles — ideal for classical, flamenco, fingerstyle, and contemporary acoustic repertoire alike.

The neck is carefully shaped for comfort and precision, offering easy playability across open chords and intricate passages. A rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth, responsive surface under the fingers, enhancing articulation and feel. Whether you’re practicing for hours or performing live, the ergonomic design supports your technique and keeps you connected to the music.

What sets the CEC5-NAT apart is its built-in pickup and preamp system, giving players reliable amplified tone with natural acoustic character. Whether you’re gigging in a small venue, recording in a home studio, or simply plugging into an amp or PA, the onboard electronics deliver clarity and balance with intuitive control.

Every detail — from the precise fretwork to the stable bridge construction — reflects Cort’s commitment to quality and value. The natural finish emphasizes the beauty of the tonewoods, giving the instrument a warm, inviting aesthetic that matches its sound. Whether you’re a student progressing in skill or a seasoned player seeking a flexible electro-classical guitar, the Cort CEC5-NAT offers a compelling blend of traditional tone, modern performance, and enduring style.
